Shannon Costello-Fisher

Speech-Language Pathologist
Shannon is the owner of Shine Bright Pediatric Services. She is licensed by the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO) and is a certified member of Speech-Language & Audiology Canada (SAC). Shannon is also a member of the Ontario Association of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (OSLA). She earned a Master of Clinical Sciences degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Western University in London, Ontario.
Shannon started her career working with school-aged children through Thames Valley Children's Centre in London. She then went on to work in Augmentative Communication Services at KidsAbility in Waterloo, helping children communicate through the use of technology. Shannon later moved back to Durham Region, where she grew up, and worked with preschool children at Grandview Children's Centre in Oshawa. In 2018, Shannon decided to make the switch to private therapy to support children in developing their speech and language skills in their own homes.
Shannon has experience working with children and families targeting articulation, motor speech, expressive language, receptive language, literacy, stuttering, and augmentative and alternative communication.
